Association Headquarters Renovation Update

Work continues to progress steadily on MCA Detroit’s Livonia headquarters renovation, marking an exciting new chapter for the Association and its members. Construction teams remain on schedule, and the project has advanced through several key phases with strong momentum.
Based on current projections, substantial completion is anticipated for late Q2 to early Q3 of this year, positioning the Association to transition into the final stages of preparation shortly thereafter. The upgraded facility will support expanded programming, modernized meeting spaces, and a more collaborative environment for contractors, labor partners, and industry stakeholders.
MCA Detroit looks forward to sharing additional updates as the project moves toward completion and to welcoming members into a space designed to strengthen connection, innovation, and industry leadership for years to come.
