Supervision Wages

For those who received the wage update from Local 98 or 636, please be aware that the “suggested” supervision wages ARE NOT part of our Collective Bargaining Agreement. Please note that all Labor Updates listed on this site, have both Labor and Employer signatures on them and contain ALL the rates which Employers are obligated to pay.

Please notify our office if you receive pressure in any form to pay the “suggested” supervision rates.

Employee to Employer Notice Form

When a plumbing employee changes to a position that no longer requires fringe benefits to be paid, notification must then be submitted to MCA Detroit, Local Union 98 and to BeneSys using the following notice document.

Apprentice Under Master Plumber Affidavit

"I certify I am/was engaged in the business of being an authorized master plumber and the applicant was actually in my employ as an apprentice whose principal occupation was engaged in learning and assisting in the practical installation of plumbing. I further understand falsification of any statement is cause for rejection of application or revocation of license, if issued."
