Association Members
Only contractors signatory to United Association of Plumbing & Pipefitting Industry Local Unions, Plumbers LU 98 or Pipe Fitters LU 636, can become a full member of MCA Detroit. Association membership includes all of the benefits of a contributing contractor plus the power to initiate change. For a yearly fee of $350, MCA Detroit association members are entitled to vote on labor agreements and other critical labor relations matters that are brought to the general membership. Association members have the opportunity to get involved in decision making by being eligible for appointment to:

Any member of the association can also join the national association at no extra cost to themselves. National MCAA membership opens the door to a wide variety of products and services that can help make your company more profitable and professional. The local chapter of MCA provides financial support to MCAA for the many services they provide. This support offsets the need for our contractors to pay an hourly rate to national.
