Must Safety - Drug Test Cost Increase

Thank you for your continued support of the MUST Drug & Safety System. For 30+ years, MUST has delivered the industry standard for drug screening and safety awareness training while keeping costs well below the market average. Despite rising operational costs and ongoing investments to maintain and improve the quality of our products/services and the general rise in cost of healthcare services, drug screening through MUST has not increased since 2021.

Effective May 1, 2026, drug testing/screening through the MUST System will increase to $50.29, still well below market average. Market averages for drug testing are in the $60-$115.00 range.

The MUST system also incorporates a structured billing process to ensure transparency and accountability and strives to increase safety and productivity for the unionized construction industry.
